Together, we carefully map out your goals for developing functional capacity, whether it was the musculoskeletal disorder or the desire to develop performance in a species-specific manner. My strengths are:

  • Lower limb TUE problems;
  • HIIT training (training programming and performance optimization);
  • Body weight training (including Calisthenics and movement progressions.
