The grounds go a long way. Forward with me. Let’s do the basics in coaching properly and trust our own doing and process. Let's aim for long-term goals together and leave the quick quick fixes to it. In physiotherapy, I prefer simple approaches without gimmicks. I do powerlifting, which is also my strength in coaching.

My strengths are:

  • Upper body problems;
  • Strength training (programming and developing maximum strength);
  • Load mapping and management;
